It's almost five years now, since I decided to make the switch from Nursing to Real Estate, and I always feel like I am in the same profession!  People ask if I miss Nursing and I tell them I feel like I never left!  I have been a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years, and the last 10 years of my Nuring career has been with the Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice in Northport.  I would spend my day out in the town, meeting clients and their families, trying to put a plan of care together for them.  Today, As a full time Realtor, I do the same.  I spend my time meeting people in the community, who have decided to buy or to sell a home. The same skills that I needed as a Visiting Nurse are the same skills I need as a Realtor, today.  

It's all about PEOPLE!  Trust, Honest and Integrity, along with Concern and Hard Work are the same skills I needed then and the same skills I bring to the table, now.  As a tribute to who I am and what I believe in -- I will be continuing my donation for each closed transaction, to the new Hospice House, in East Northport.  It is part of the Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk -- an organization I am proud to have worked for.
